Ambala-IT City-Kharar Highway Upgradation Project, INDIA

MSV International Inc. is providing Independent Engineer services for theupgradation of the Ambala-IT City-Kharar Highway, a strategic 40 km corridorconnecting Haryana to Punjab’s rapidly growing IT and industrial hub in Mohali.With an estimated project cost of around ₹2,000–2,500 crore, the project aims todecongest traffic, enhance intercity mobility and improve access to major economiczones, including Mohali IT City and Kharar.
As Independent Engineer, MSV ensures end-to-end technical oversight includingdesign review, supervision, safety and environmental compliance and certification ofproject milestones. The upgraded corridor is designed with modern interchanges,flyovers and improved traffic management systems, enabling safer and faster travel.

The project’s key objective is to strengthen regional connectivity, reduce travel timeand support the rapidly expanding tech and industrial landscape of Mohali. A majorUSP of this corridor is its ability to function as a high-capacity, future-ready link thatenhances logistics efficiency, boosts economic growth and significantly improves thedaily commute for thousands of passengers across Haryana and Punjab.
