MSV International Inc. is providing Independent Engineer (IE) services for the 4-laning (expandable to 6 lanes) of the Bangalore-Chennai Expressway in Tamil Nadu,executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). Covering 105.705 km, thisexpressway forms an important part of the Bharatmala Pariyojna and is designed todeliver seamless, high-speed connectivity between two of Southern India’s mostprominent economic and industrial hubs.

MSV’s scope includes rigorous design review, quality assurance, continuous supervision, technical compliance monitoring and coordination among all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a safe, efficient and future-ready mobility corridor.

The Bangalore-Chennai Expressway is a high-speed, access-controlled greenfield corridor engineered to drastically reduce travel time between the two metropolitan cities while supporting freight movement and industrial supply chains. With its 4 to 6 lane scalability, advanced geometric design and modern safety features, the expressway stands out as a strategic ‘Bharatmala’ project that elevates mobility standards across Southern India.

The expressway will significantly enhance regional trade, logistics efficiency and inter-state connectivity by offering a faster, safer alternative to existing routes.
