Project Description: The project involves providing consultancy services for the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and bid documents for rural road works (Length: 338.76 Km) under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) in Jharkhand. The scope includes technical assessment, design development, cost estimation, and preparation of complete tender documentation.
Role and Responsibilities: MSV is responsible for site surveys, alignment assessment, preparation of DPRs, development of bid documents, ensuring compliance with design standards and World Bank guidelines, and providing technical advisory for efficient project implementation.
Project Aim & Importance: The project aims to strengthen rural connectivity, improve access to markets, education, and healthcare, and facilitate socio-economic development in Jharkhand. By providing robust DPRs and bid documents, the project ensures sustainable, high-quality, and cost-effective rural road infrastructure.
