MSV’s Role
MSV provided detailed design and construction assistance services for the rehabilitation and strengthening of the Kabul – Kandahar Road corridor ( 85 km-lane length). The scope included preparation of detailed engineering designs, pavement strengthening solutions, technical support during construction, quality assurance, and coordination with the contractor and client to ensure compliance with approved standards and ADB requirements.

Project Impact

MSV’s involvement contributed to improved riding quality, reduced maintenance requirements, shorter travel time, and strengthened long-distance freight and passenger movement, supporting economic activity and national connectivity.
