The project involves providing General Consultancy (GC) services to support and improve the operations of Delhi Jal Board for the procurement of raw water, treatment, transmission, and supply of potable water across Delhi. The consultancy supports DJB in managing one of the largest and most complex urban water supply systems in India, ( Water Treatment Capacity of the plant is
300 MLD per day ) requiring coordination across multiple local bodies and agencies.
MSV’s Role:
MSV is engaged as General Consultant (GC) to provide technical, operational, and management support to DJB. The scope includes operational review of water treatment plants and distribution systems, assessment of raw water sourcing and allocation, system performance improvement, institutional strengthening, and advisory services for efficient water supply management. MSV also supports coordination among multiple municipal bodies to ensure seamless service delivery.
