KDMC/EE/SWM-P/13 DATED 10TH February 2017. Population: 16 Lakhs, 730 TPD.
Provided project management consultancy for 730 TPD waste-to-energy plant and SBM initiatives, focusing on solid waste collection, segregation, technology assessment, landfill, compost, CDM, public participation, safety & environment management, and health issues.
Role and Responsibilities: Managed project execution, technology evaluations, CDM benefit assessments, composting operations, public outreach, and compliance in safety, environment, and health for comprehensive SWM.
Targeted 16 lakh residents to establish efficient WtE and composting under SBM, reducing waste volumes and generating energy; standout USPs include CDM credits and multi-technology integration.
