Consultant will assist the PWD to implement the subproject works in Mizoram State by proper management of civil works contracts as “the Engineer” in terms of civil works contract. Consultant will also conduct comprehensive supervision of project implementation activities carried out by the contractors to ensure compliance with the drawings, technical specifications and various stipulations contained in the Contract Documents, with high standards of quality assurance in supervision and in the execution of work.
