Role and Responsibilities: MSV is responsible for reviewing technical submissions, assessing construction quality, ensuring adherence to design standards, supervising field works, preparing reports, and advising on corrective measures. The consultancy ensures compliance with project guidelines and World Bank requirements.

Project Aim & Importance: The project with total length of 1,017 Km strengthens rural connectivity in Jharkhand, improves access to essential services, and supports socio-economic development. By ensuring high-quality construction and technical compliance, the project contributes to sustainable and efficient rural road infrastructure.
