Backed by a BE (civil with honours), Masters from University of Washington (First in his course) Mr. Suresh Malik is a world-renowned civil engineer and a trailblazer in the fields of modern bridge design, highways, and transportation globally. He was the first Indian to serve as Managing Director (International) for Sverdrup-Jacobs, the world’s largest engineering group, and Golder Associates Inc., a leading Fortune 500 company. Currently, Mr. Malik is the Chairman of MSV International Inc., an ISO 9001:2015 certified firm recognized as a top engineering and multidisciplinary consulting organization.

With over 50 years of experience in the bengineering and infrastructure sector, he remains an active contributor to various industry associations. In 2000 and 2001, Mr. Malik was elected Chairman of the Transportation Committee for the United States-India Business Council (USIBC), where he played a significant role in shaping US transportation policies towards India. As Principal Project Director, he led the design and supervision of several prestigious cable-stayed bridges, including the iconic Worli-Bandra Sea Link in India and the Penang Bridge in Malaysia-both celebrated as global engineering marvels.

A U.S. citizen and a Civil Engineer by profession, Mr. Pushkar Malik serves as the Managing Director and is a founding member of the MSV Group. He holds a Master’s Diploma in Business Administration (MDBA) from the Indian Institute of Modern Management (IIMM) and has further specialized in ‘Finance for Business’ (FIN370) at the University of Phoenix in the United States, as well as OSHA’s Hazard Recognition Training for the Construction Industry at the University of California (USA). He brings over two decades of exceptional experience to his role.

Mr. Malik established MSV Inc.’s operations in India by founding a permanent office in Gurgaon. Under his leadership, this office manages the company’s activities throughout Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Mr. Malik’s extensive expertise in planning and executing infrastructure projects across 26 countries, combined with his strategic vision and hands-on management approach, has solidified MSV Inc.’s position as a leading Civil Consulting firm across India, Asia, and Africa.

Sanjeev Gandhi
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Mr. Sanjeev Gandhi holds the position of Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at MSV International Inc. He is a distinguished Chartered Accountant (CA) and ‘Fellow Member’ of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a comprehensive career spanning over two decades. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA (UK). Additionally, he is also an accredited Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.

With profound expertise in urban and infrastructure development, he has specialised in financial appraisals of infrastructure projects, including the assessment and design of internal control systems within organisations. His professional experience includes the financial evaluation of large-scale projects exceeding ₹100 crore.

His career highlights include extensive work on developmental projects across India and Iran. His skill set encompasses government budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, as well as in-depth analysis methods such as FIRR (Financial Internal Rate of Return) and EIRR (Economic Internal Rate of Return). Furthermore, he is adept in cost recovery methods and BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) options, reflecting his broad and nuanced understanding of both financial and operational aspects of infrastructure projects.

B.P. Handa
Sr. Vice President

Mr. B.P. Handa, a Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra alumnus and a distinguished former Chief Engineer from the Public Works Department (PWD) of Himachal Pradesh, is Senior Vice President of the Highway Division at MSV International Inc.

He possesses a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and has further honed his expertise with a specialisation in the Management of Civil Engineering Projects from Colorado State University, USA, attained in 1988.

With a professional journey spanning over six decades, Mr. Handa is revered for his profound acumen in the planning, design, and execution of highway infrastructure projects. 

At MSV International Inc., his responsibilities encompass the meticulous oversight of contractual affairs, strategic planning, and design review, all while contributing to the successful delivery of projects across 15 countries.

Mr. Handa is also a distinguished member of the Indian Road Congress (IRC) and an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers of India. His participation in numerous specialised training programmes further attests to his unwavering commitment to the field.

Col. Kuldeep Singh Azad
Director (Projects)

Col. Kuldeep Singh Azad, a BITS Pilani alumnus, is Director (Projects) at MSV International Inc. He holds BE (Hons) Civil, MSc (Hons) Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani and an MBA in HR. With over 40 years of experience, he specializes in planning, designing, and executing strategic highway projects across India using frameworks like BOT, DBFOT, EPC, and HAM (Annuity). 

His career began with the Army’s Engineers Corps, where he managed complex projects in regions such as Leh-Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Assam, and Rajasthan. He excels in national highway projects and PPP-based Solid Waste Management, skillfully managing project risks and ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget for global agencies like the World Bank, ADB, and NDB. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to business development and operational efficiency at MSV International Inc.

Jasvir Singh Dhanda
Executive Director (Contracts)

Mr. Jasvir Singh Dhanda, Executive Director (Contracts) in the Highways Division of MSV International Inc. has been a former Indian Engineering Services (IES) officer, CGM of NHAI and Chief Engineer, PWD, Haryana. He heads the contract division of MSV and takes care of all major contractual issues, Claim management, EOT and COS Proposals and Dispute Resolutiuon

He holds a B. Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious engineering institute in the country, NIT Kurukshetra.

Backed by an illustrious career spanning over four decades he has been pivotal in shaping and executing major National Highway projects across India under various frameworks such as BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer), DBFOT (Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer), EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model), collaborating closely with bodies like MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) and NHAI (National Highways Authority of India).

Mr. Dhanda commenced his career with the prestigious Indian Engineering Services (IES), marking the beginning of his significant contributions to the infrastructure sector. His leadership has been instrumental in implementing landmark National Highway projects under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models. He is recognized for his strategic acumen in devising roadmaps for large-scale infrastructure development initiatives.

In addition to his civil engineering prowess, Mr. Dhanda has a profound understanding of Business Transformation and Information Technology, contributing significantly to enhancing operational efficiencies and strategic planning at MSV International Inc.

He has actively participated in numerous workshops and training programs focusing on Contract Management, Quality Control, and Highway Construction. He is also a Life Member with the Indian Roads Congress and a fellow with the Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers, Bombay.

Y.V. Prasad
Executive Director (South Zone)

Mr. Y.V. Prasad is a former Indian Engineering Services (IES) officer (MORTH Cadre) and an Ex Regional Officer NHAI is Executive Director (South Zone) at MSV International Inc. 

A Civil Engineering graduate from JNTU College of Engineering, Anantapur, he is backed by a robust experience of over 40 years in road and highway planning, design, construction, and supervision.

His extensive portfolio includes bridges, RCC structures, and buildings, employing advanced tools like STAAD, MX Road, and IIT Pave for pavement designs. Specializing in Detailed Project Reports and highway alignments, he excels in contract management, arbitration, and court proceedings interpretation. Based in Bangalore, he oversees projects across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, ensuring quality and progress through site visits and stakeholder interactions.

Mr. Prasad actively contributes to Indian Roads Congress and Institute of Engineers activities. His tenure in Central Engineering Service (Roads) underscores his leadership in executing major highway projects nationwide.

Prabhu Dayal Arora
Executive Director (West Zone)

Former Chief Engineer of BRO Mr. Prabhu Dayal Arora is Executive Director (West Zone) in the Highway Division of MSV. 

Mr. Arora holds a B.E. from prestigious engineering college REC, Kurukshetra and an M.E. in Civil Engineering from world renowned Civil Engineering institution, IIT Roorkee.

A seasoned professional with 38 years of expertise in Project Planning, Operation & Maintenance of Highways, and Construction Management he has successfully executed diverse road construction projects and excels in site administration and team dynamics. Known for his strong project planning, monitoring, and compliance skills, he has collaborated closely with authorities like NHAI and MoRTH.

His career includes roles as CEO at Abhyudaya Housing & Constructions Pvt. Ltd., Chief Engineer at Border Road Organization and Director at Border Roads Organization.

Rakesh Kumar Garg
Executive Director (Highways)

A sharp academic and former Managing Director (MD) of the prestigious UP Bridge Corporation and Engineer-in Chief of UP PWD, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Garg, works with MSV as Executive Director in Highway Division. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from a world-renowned Civil Engineering institute, IIT Roorkee and an M.E. in Civil (Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering) from IIT Delhi.

Backed by a brilliant career spanning over 50 years he has been Chief Engineer (World Bank projects). He has also served as GM Tech in NHAI. 

He specializes in Project Planning, Operation & Maintenance of Highways, and Construction Management. He excels in overseeing diverse road construction projects, ensuring quality standards and compliance. His career highlights include managing significant highway sections across India and collaborating closely with authorities like NHAI and MoRTH.

Mr. Garg is recognized for his strategic leadership and extensive knowledge in EPC, BOT, and DBFOT projects.

Anil Kumar Kakkar
Executive Director (Highways)

Mr. Anil Kumar Kakkar, an IITan and former Chief Engineer of Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Haryana. He is working as Executive Director (Highway) in MSV International Inc. since 2011.

A B.Tech (Hons) Civil from a premier institute in India IIT BHU, Varanasi, he has also attended ‘Public Private Partnership Training Programme’(2011) at Asia’s premium management institute IIM, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Kakkar has 50 years of robust professional experience across various domains like Contract Management including BOT/Externally Funded Projects for execution of various National/State Highways and other Infrastructure works.

An IES officer he has worked on senior positions in the Public Works Department (PWD), Haryana (33yrs) and GILCON Ltd. (a Gammon India subsidiary) at New Delhi. During his Govt Service, he has handled number of World Bank projects.

S.C. Verma
Executive Director (Highways)

S.C. Verma is Executive Director in Highway Division at MSV International Inc. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and a PG Diploma in Highways from the prestigious Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh. 

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years at Haryana PWD B&R (1971-2005), he specializes in highway, bridge, and building projects, focusing on estimation, DPR preparation, and construction supervision. 

At MSV, he takes care of all issues related to Quantity Surveying including estimation, BOQ and cost estimates. He also assists in final billing processes for all verticals of MSV.

C. P. Pandey
Executive Director (Highways)

A former Indian Engineering Services (IES) officer (MORTH Cadre) Mr. Pandey is Executive Director in the Highways Division of MSV International Inc.  

An IITan with a B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT BHU, Varanasi, an M.E. in Civil Engineering – Structures from IIT Roorkee and an M.S. in Computer Sciences/IT from IU University, Germany.

With over 32 years of extensive experience, Mr. Pandey has excelled in planning, designing, and executing National Highway Development Programs (NHDP-I) and EAP projects under various frameworks (BOT/DBFOT/EPC/HAM) for MoRTH and NHAI. 

As a former member of Indian Engineering Services (CES-Roads), he pioneered the first NH Project in PPP mode and led significant initiatives like NHDP-1’s Golden Quadrangle. Additionally, his career includes notable IT/BT consulting experience with IBM, Intel, Siemens, and Wipro, where he developed global strategies in social media, mobility, ERP, and cloud technologies.

He is also a DANIDA Fellow with the Government of Denmark in Project & Contracts Management and possesses industry certifications from CISCO, ISACA, and Microsoft.

Vijay Srivastav
Executive Director (Highways)

A former Regional Officer (RO) NHAI, Mr. Vijay Srivastav is Executive Director in MSV’s Highway Division. He is armed with Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from a prestigious engineering institute in India, REC Rewa and holds an MBA in Operation Management. 

During his stint with IRCON he was managing railway siding ventures across numerous NTPC sites, notably contributing to projects like Dadri, Ghaziabad NTPC, and Panipat IOCL Refinery. His distinguished tenure at NHAI from 1998 to 2021 encompassed pivotal roles, including Regional Officer in Telangana (Hyderabad) and Jharkhand (Ranchi). Noteworthy achievements under his stewardship include overseeing DPRs totalling 2,384 km, executing 1,900 km of road projects and expertly managing operations and maintenance across multiple stretches.

With a professional experience of over 30 years Mr. Srivastav’s leadership extended to spearheading initiatives in quality assurance, strategic planning, and IT advancements. He enriched his professional acumen through participation in over 50 prestigious training sessions and workshops, including a notable seminar in Stockholm, Sweden.

Executive Director (Human Resource)

An alumni of prestigious Defence Services staff college, Wellington, Ex NDA Col Anil Kumar is Executive Director (Human Resource) and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at MSV International Inc. 

He holds a B.Sc. from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), B.Tech in Electronics from JNU, an M.Tech in Computer Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and an MBA in Total Quality Management from Sikkim Manipal University.

He has over 30 years of leadership experience in military and civil roles; he excels in Human Resource Strategy and oversees bidding proposals for national and international infrastructure projects in highways, water, railways, and other sectors. He heads HR Operations and manages mobilization, recruitment, and staffing for over 250 ongoing projects in India and across the globe.  He also holds the charge as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for the MSV Group to ensure organization’s code of conduct https://msvgroup.com/mission-core-valus at all levels by creating employee training programs to ensure compliance.

His prior roles in the Ministry of Defence included Director of Electronics and Commander in international missions in several countries in Africa including Sudan, Sierra Leone etc., underscoring his strategic leadership in infrastructure development at MSV International Inc.

Krishan Kant Dang
Chief marketing Officer (CMO)

Krishan Kant Dang is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at MSV International Inc., bringing a distinguished Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Jammu and a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years. 

His illustrious career has traversed an impressive array of sectors, including Media, Entertainment, Publishing, Healthcare, and Infrastructure. 

Mr. Dang has achieved notable professional milestones in senior roles with industry giants such as Zee Media Corporation Ltd., Asia’s largest satellite TV network, where he excelled as Head of Content and Programming; PTC Network, the world’s largest Punjabi TV network, where he served as Head of Global Marketing; and Kingdom of Dreams, India’s premier entertainment destination, where he led as Head of Marketing. 

Renowned for his adeptness in crafting impactful marketing strategies and cultivating robust business and government relations, he now spearheads Marketing & Communication, Business Development, and Government Relations at MSV International Inc., driving transformative strategies that enhance organisational success and propel growth initiatives to new heights.

Amitabh Khare
Executive Director (Railways)

An IIT alumni, Mr. Amitabh Khare is Executive Director in Railway Division at MSV International Inc. He holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from MITS, Gwalior and a Post Graduate degree from India’s premier engineering institute, IIT Delhi.

With a distinguished career spanning over 40 years Mr. Khare brings a wealth of experience in Railways infrastructure projects to his role.

Recently retired from RITES Ltd, where he served as General Manager and Head of the Metro Division, Mr. Khare played a pivotal role in the business development of both international and domestic metro projects. He was an integral part of the execution team for the General Consultancy of the DMRC and Ahmedabad Metro Phase-I. Notably, Mr. Khare has successfully overseen the completion of major metro projects, including Mauritius LRT, Nagpur, Pune, and Ahmedabad Phase-II, where he served as Project Coordinator. His hands-on experience extends to managing a range of railway and building projects directly.

A respected member of professional organizations such as ASCE, FIEI, MAIMA, and MIWRS, Mr. Khare has been recognized for his successful and timely project completions. His contributions to the field are also reflected in his published technical papers.

Rajiv Kumar
Executive Director (Railways)

A former IRSE officer, Mr. Rajiv Kumar is Executive Director in Railway Division of MSV International Inc. He brings over 36 years of specialized expertise in Indian Railways. Holding a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a prestigious engineering institute, NIT Patna and certified under the Indian Railway Service of Engineer (IRSE) through UPSC, he has led pivotal projects including the completion of 198 km doubling and 35 km gauge conversion in just 15 months. His leadership has driven significant ventures such as the Rail Wheel Factory in Chapra , Carriage Repair Workshop in Harnaut and Wagon Repair Workshop in Badner. 

Rajiv Kumar’s contributions extend to securing Heritage Status for the Darjeeling Himalayan Railways (Narrow Gauge) and developing civil engineering educational content, underscoring his influential role in railway infrastructure and management.

Laxmi Patti
Executive Director (Water & Waste Water)

A former Engineer-in-Chief, (PH -Urban) in Odisha Government Mr. Laxmi Patti, serves as Executive Director (Public Health and Water & Waste Water) at MSV International Inc. 

He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from prestigious VSS University of Technology, Burla, Orissa (1980), and a Master of Engineering in Public Health from the All-India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, University of Kolkata. 

Backed by a professional experience of over 40 years Mr. Laxmi Patti has held pivotal roles in both the public and private sectors.  In his current role at MSV International Inc., he oversees Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage, Irrigation, Solid Waste Management (SWM), and Urban Infrastructure Projects. Prior to this, he served with distinction in the Odisha Housing & Urban Development Department, culminating as an Engineer in Chief (Public Health – Urban). 

Noteworthy, among his achievements is delivering India’s first Public-Private Partnership Project (PPP) for Bulk Water Supply in temple city, Bhubaneswar. Throughout his career, he has led the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), construction, and commissioning of various infrastructure projects across Odisha, with a focus on enhancing public services and infrastructure development.

Rajiv Kumar Sharma
Executive Director (Urban Development)

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sharma is Executive Director (Urban Development) at MSV International Inc is a B.Tech -Civil from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur and earned his Master’s in Environmental Engineering from the premier engineering college, Delhi College of Engineering, now, known as  Delhi Technical University (DTU).

He is backed by over 33 years of exemplary experience in detailed design, project management, construction supervision and contract management of comprehensive infrastructure projects. His distinguished career encompasses a wide range of expertise, including water supply systems (such as water treatment plants), sewerage networks (including sewage treatment plants), solid waste management and storm drainage systems.

He has played pivotal roles in projects financed by various national and international infra-development bodies such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, JNNURM, AMRUT, and JICA, showcasing his leadership and technical prowess. His international experience includes significant contributions in Ghana, Malawi, Madagascar, Gabon and the Maldives.

He has been at the forefront on prestigious initiatives like RUIDP, Smart Cities in Faridabad, Aligarh, and Indore, AMRUT and various municipal infrastructure projects. His proficiency extends to infrastructure design for renowned developers such as DLF, Shapoorji Pallonji, Lodha Group, Ansals and Shipra.
