This project involves providing basic housing services to the urban poor in several low income and slum area of Delhi. Consultant reported on targeted beneficiaries of the scheme (whether socio economic surveys and biometric identification done, stake holders consultation, process etc.). Consultant reviewed land requirement/ availability & other clearances to begin construction, examined bid documentation & bid process.
During the construction stage consultant reported on compliance to statutory requirements, safety and health aspects, convergence of scheme with education, and social security, project progress and cost and budgetary issues. Consultant is carrying its reporting through the commissioning, trial run and testing stage and post construction stage. Consultant is also reporting on capacity building, operations and maintenance and sustainability.
