Water Wastewater Solid Waste and Transportation Management Plan & Implementation Project, South Western Washington

Consortium made of consultants provided feasibility study, economic / financial analysis, and design / drawings. Privatization bid evaluations, instruction management and supervision for water supply, waste water, solid waste and transportation systems. The final product is produce master plan, facilities plan and EIS in a comprehensive documents water supply system to revamp the existing water supply system which is deficient in supply the present day demand and replace it with a brand new system to meet demand for next 20 years.

Waste water portion of the project is to develop new treatment plants as the existing system is getting stretched beyond its capacity and untreated waste water is being discharged in to major water bodies. The new systems have to be developed to meet next 20 years load. Project also involves Clean Development Mechanism which will be developed and the contractor / concessionaire consultant has to review this. New landfill sites have to be developed because the existing sites are running out of room. Traffic studies have to be conducted and necessary changes have to be suggested. Project needs to be developed for privatization. Consultant also needs to suggest improvement to the existing sanitation system. The client will provide digital satellite imageries for the project influence area.
