Consortium made of MSV provided feasibility study, economic / financial analysis, and design / drawings. Privatization bid evaluations, instruction management and supervision for water supply. The final product is to produce a master plan, facilities plan and EIS in a comprehensive documents water supply system to revamp the existing water supply system, which is deficient in supply the present day demand and replace it with a brand new system to meet demand for the next 20 years. The new systems have to be developed to meet the next 20 years load. New landfill sites have to be developed because the existing sites are running out of room. Project needs to be developed for privatization.
