Project Description: The project involves consultancy services for construction supervision and contract administration of civil works under the Meghalaya Integrated Transport Project, covering a total length of 400.89 Km. The scope includes supervision of road works, bridges, drainage, pavement, and associated infrastructure to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Role and Responsibilities: MSV is responsible for day-to-day supervision, project planning, design review, quality and safety monitoring, coordination with stakeholders, certification of measurements and bills, evaluation of variations, and oversight of contract administration.
Project Aim & Importance: The project enhances regional connectivity, reduces travel time, improves safety, and facilitates socio-economic development in Meghalaya. By ensuring proper supervision and contract management, the project supports sustainable infrastructure development and strengthens road networks in the state.
