Project Description: The project involves construction supervision consultancy services for the upgradation of the Ponkunnam–Thodupuzha State Highway (SH-8, Package-VI) in Kerala, covering a total length of 50 Km. The scope includes supervision of pavement strengthening, drainage, road furniture, bridges, and associated civil works to ensure quality and timely execution.

Role and Responsibilities: MSV is responsible for day-to-day supervision, design review, quality assurance, safety monitoring, coordination with stakeholders, certification of measurements and bills, evaluation of variations, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and World Bank guidelines.

Project Aim & Importance: The project enhances regional connectivity, improves road safety, reduces travel time, and facilitates economic and social development in Kerala. By ensuring high-quality construction and supervision, the project contributes to sustainable road infrastructure and better mobility for local communities.
