Project Description: The project involves providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the PMGSY Rural Roads Project (1,112 Km) in Meghalaya. The scope includes planning, design review, construction supervision, quality assurance, and monitoring of rural road development works.
Role and Responsibilities: MSV is responsible for project planning, technical review, day-to-day supervision, quality and safety monitoring, coordination with stakeholders, certification of measurements, evaluation of variations, and ensuring compliance with World Bank guidelines.
Project Aim & Importance: The project strengthens rural connectivity, improves access to markets, education, and healthcare, and supports socio-economic development across Meghalaya. By providing robust project management and supervision, the project ensures efficient implementation and sustainable infrastructure development.
