Project Description
The project involves construction supervision (CS) services for the upgrading of the Nyagisozi – Remera – Nshili Border Road (Total Length 18 km) , a strategically important cross-border corridor aimed at improving regional connectivity and trade.

MSV’s Role
MSV acted as the Construction Supervision Consultant, providing technical oversight and contract administration to ensure timely and quality execution of works in compliance with ADB and RTDA standards. This project marks MSV’s first assignment in Rwanda, strengthening its presence in East Africa.

Project Importance and Impact
The upgraded road enhances cross-border connectivity with neighboring regions, improves road safety, reduces travel time, and supports trade and socio-economic development. MSV’s successful delivery established a strong foundation for future infrastructure engagements in Rwanda and the East African region.
