Consultancy services for the Government of NCT of Delhi, providing comprehensive third-party quality and quantity assurance along with project management oversight for major urban development works executed by DSIIDC.
Independent verification of construction quality, workmanship and compliance with specifications; quantity verification, measurement validation and certification of executed works; monitoring of project schedules, progress review and identification of delays or risks; technical auditing of materials, testing protocols and site safety practices; evaluation of contractor performance and adherence to approved designs and standards; reporting, documentation and recommendation of corrective actions for quality improvement; coordination with executing agencies, contractors and stakeholders for effective project delivery; and ensuring overall transparency, accountability and efficiency across multi-sector infrastructure projects.
The assignment supports some of India’s largest institutional, residential, industrial and transport infrastructure projects, ensuring high construction quality, adherence to technical standards, timely delivery, and enhanced urban service outcomes across Delhi.
